ACES Leadership Initiative
The ACES Leadership Initiative will ensure the availability of activities to assist all students in acquiring and refining leadership and interpersonal skills. Often immeasurable, these skills can make all the difference in whether a career is outstanding or merely taking up time. The college believes that all students can exercise leadership. Leadership does not require formal authority or position and can be practiced by anyone interested in making a contribution and influencing a more positive future. The development of leadership begins with personal initiative and awareness of one's passions, motivations, strengths, limits, and personal values. We are committed to graduating students who are ready to lead.
